Since 2012, I have been supporting executive boards and management teams who are taking on new roles or want to clarify and authenticate their existing positions. Together, we make patterns in thinking, action, and organization visible. The focus is always on strengths, challenges, and growth both personal and business-related. In addition, I advise international companies on transformation processes, scaling projects, and the development of a performance- and values-driven leadership culture.

 

Many of the questions that arise in coaching are familiar to me from both my own operational management experience and from the perspective of an internationally active HR consultant . I understand the pressure under which decisions have to be made and my clients' desire to develop individual and concrete solutions quickly.

 

My current role as an executive coach follows my experience advising and placing C-level executives at Russell Reynolds Associates Inc., one of the world's leading executive search firms. During this time, I recruited executives, supported them in taking over new teams and business units, advised first-time CEOs, conducted assessments, and led comprehensive workshops at the board level. Prior to that, I was responsible for the operational management of one of Germany's largest media brands at Bertelsmann, an international corporation, as well as for strategic consulting projects – including roles as General Manager for transformation projects and Managing Director of a Corporate Innovation Lab.

 

Beyond my operational management experience, I am a trained expert in Change Management (Harvard Business School), Positive Psychology (Yale University), Hypnotherapy (Milton Erickson Institute), Nonviolent Communication (Institute for GfK) and Hogan Assessments.

 

I am certified as an ICF coach (PCC), systemic organizational developer, Hogan analyst and NLP master.
